WARRANTY INFORMATION
Armadillo UTV's sold by Team3 Motorsports, LLC come with a 90
day parts warranty with unlimited miles within this 90 day time
period, unless specified otherwise. The engine and
trasmission come with a 6 month warranty for parts. Extended Warranties
are available for an addition fee. (See Fees Below) These 90
and 180 day warranties cover any and all parts or components deemed defective or
necessary to repair the Armadillo UTV to its proper working
condition. All parts and components used to repair, or be
replaced, on the Armadillo UTV will be of like kind and quality.
Any part(s) or component(s) deemed defective or to be repaired
must be returned in exchange for new replacement part(s) or
component(s). If these part(s) or component(s) are replaced
while under warranty they will be shipped back to the
customer free of charge. However, the customer is responsible
for the shipping charges incurred for shipping defective part(s)
or component(s) for replacement to Team3 Motorsports, LLC.
Any labor costs incurred are not covered by this warranty and
Team3 Motorsports, LLC does not pay for or reimburse for any
labor costs.
Any towing or shipping charges are not covered by this
warranty. Team3 Motorsports, LLC does not pay for and does not
reimburse for any towing or shipping costs. These charges are
the responsibility of the customer.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- Armadillo UTV not assembled by a qualified mechanic or
technician.
- Armadillo UTV not assembled properly or correctly.
- Armadillo UTV is modified in any manner.
- Armadillo UTV is used in any way, shape, form or fashion other
than what it was designed for.
- Customer neglect and or abuse.
- Armadillo UTV is used as part of a rental business or is
rented.
- Customer fails to properly perform startup requirements for
the Armadillo UTV provided or suggested by Team3 Motorsports,
LLC.
Extended Warranty that covers 90 days parts and Labor is
$499.00
Extended Warranty that covers 180 days parts and labor is
$699.00 |
